Q. How soon before the course starts can I register?
A. 
You can register by phone or by using our online Registration form up until the day before your course begins. We strongly recommend advance registrations to ensure we can accommodate you.

Q. How do I register more than one person?
A. 
You can register up to three people using our online Registration form. You may also call us at 630.717.8400 to register multiple people.

Q. How will I know when my online registration is confirmed?
A. 
If you register using our online Registration form, you will have the opportunity to print a confirmation sheet, including directions to our facility and our cancellation policy, at the end of the registration process.

Q. How do I pay for a course?
A. 
For your convenience, you can pay in one of three ways:

By credit card: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club. Please note: If you use the online Registration form, please do not include your credit card information. We will collect your credit card information when you attend the course.

By check: Make your check payable to “DCG, Incorporated”, noting the class name and date for which you are making payment, then mail it to:

Bill me or my company: If you select this option we will send you an invoice after you have attended the course.

Q. What if I register for a course, then can’t attend?
A.
 You will receive a phone call or email a day or two prior to your scheduled class as a reminder of the class. If you cancel within five (5) business days prior to the class date or do not attend class, the full amount will be due and payable.

Please note: DCG reserves the right to change the schedule due to circumstances beyond our control. However, in the event your class is rescheduled, you will be notified in advance and the above cancellation policy will not be applicable.

Q. What time does my course begin and end?
A. 
All our courses typically begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. Courses that are offered in a multi-day format may have different beginning and ending times based on class needs. All half day sessions end at 12:00 p.m.

Q. How can I get a record of the classes I have attended?
A.
 Please go to the Transcript Procedures and fill out the Transcript Request Form referenced in the Transcript Procedures.

Q. Will I receive any course materials?
A. 
Yes, you will receive a course manual which will outline course topics and may include supplemental handouts, if appropriate to the subject matter.

Q. What should I wear?
A. 
Casual business attire is appropriate. Note: room temperatures may vary so you may want to dress in layers.

Q. Do you offer food?
A. 
For your convenience we have snacks and coffee service available for free. Other snacks and soft drinks are available for a nominal charge.

We ask that you make your own arrangements for lunch. For your convenience, our staff is happy to give you recommendations for places to eat. Lunch breaks are usually an hour, but may vary.
