Every employee is responsible for observing and reporting any workplace situation which may contribute to the occurrence of violence.  During this one day session each participant will learn how to:  Recognize a variety of warning signs.  Identify and deal with potentially violent or difficult situations.  Report any potential risks.  Minimize the impact of workplace violence and develop coping strategies.  Identify and take appropriate safety and security precautions
