Given information in the Lesson Lab, students will successfully create a project plan file and enter task information and create a work breakdown structure by organizing tasks and setting task relationships.

Utilizing a specific scenario, correctly use the Project Calendar to assign and track tasks .

Assign Project resources and finalize the project plan file with 100% accuracy as defined in the exercise.

Accurately set deadlines and resolve resource conflicts utilizing the set of instructions provided.
This first course in a two part series will cover the critical skills
necessary to create and modify a project plan file that contains tasks,
resources, and resource assignments.

Class targeted to:
This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project
management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project
plans and who needs a tool to manage those project plans.
Prerequisites:
Highly recommend Windows Operating System class, or comparable knowledge.
An understanding of project management concepts. The following would also
be helpful: familiarity with MS: Word, MS: Excel and Project Management
Fundamentals.
