| Excel 2010: Advanced Learning Outcomes: • Apply conditional formatting, add data validation criteria, customize menus and toolbars, create, edit, and run macros with accuracy. During this one-day class, students will learn about macros, collaborating with others, auditing and analyzing worksheet data, incorporating multiple data sources and importing and exporting data.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Create and edit a Macro. Apply conditional formatting, add data validation criteria, update a workbook’s properties and modify Excel’s default settings. Protect your worksheet and workbook and add and remove file passwords, share workbooks, set and review tracked revisions, merge workbooks, and administer digital signatures. Trace cells, locate errors in formulas, troubleshoot invalid data and Formulas, watch and evaluate formulas and create a data list outline. Create a Trendline, Scenarios, perform What-If Analysis. Create a workspace and consolidate data, link and edit cells in different workbooks. Export Excel data and import a delimited text file. Develop XML maps and import and export XML data. Class targeted to: Students who need to learn various advanced techniques for manipulating data and who are preparing for the Microsoft Office Specialist Exam. Prerequisites: Windows: Introduction, Excel: Introduction and Intermediate.
