Learning Outcomes:

• Successfully enhance a presentation by using custom clip art, animation, and movies as directed by the Instructor.
• Correctly utilize embedded and imported objects using Microsoft applications according to the instructions in the Lesson Lab.
• As the activity directs, efficiently create a slide master and custom themes.
• Efficiently build interactive presentations by creating hyperlinks and action buttons and create custom slide shows as directed in the Exercise.
• Correctly publish a presentation as a web page using the Instructor’s directions.

In this one-day class students will work with design templates, various types of diagrams, special effects, custom slide shows, and collaboration functionality.

PowerPoint 2007: Advanced

Personalize the PowerPoint Interface, customize save options, and apply advanced customization options. Set up a slide master, customize slide layouts, create custom themes, customize bullets, add common slide information, modify the Notes Master and the Handout Master. Create and modify diagrams. Add Multimedia elements and customize slide component animation. Set up a custom show annotate a presentation and set up to repeat automatically. Package a presentation and publish a presentation as a web page.

Class targeted to: PowerPoint users who want to become more sophisticated in working with their presentations and wanting the MOS certification in PowerPoint.

Prerequisites: Windows: Introduction and PowerPoint: Introduction or equivalent knowledge; and a basic understanding of word-processing.
