Learning Outcomes:
This five day course will cover the essential and real world knowledge required to implement Cisco Remote Access Node environments and will prepare the student for CCNP exam. * Identifying Cisco Solutions to Remote Access Needs Cisco CCNP®: Building Cisco Remote Access Networks (BCRAN) After successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Interconnect the network devices as specified by a given design and installation plan. Build a functional configuration to support the specified network operational requirements. Verify the functionality of the network to ensure that it functions as specified. Verify connectivity to non-Cisco devices. Use the command line interface, accurately determine network device operations status and network performance. Use ISDN and DDR Connections to enhance connectivity. Using the command line interface, configure access lists to meet specified operation requirements. Using the appropriate show commands, display network operation parameters so that the student can detect anomalies. Using the appropriate debug commands, monitor network operational parameters so that the student can detect anomalies. Use VPNs to secure remote access networks. Targeted Student: * Network professionals wanting to advance their knowledge of networking and those preparing for the CCNP exam. Prerequisites: * A basic Cisco Introduction course; Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices; Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks and Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks.
