• Efficiently create and compare document versions and track changes to a document according to the Lesson Lab instructions.
• Utilizing information from the Lesson Lab, apply security using passwords, document restrictions and hiding text with 100% proficiency.

Students will gain the skills needed to create, edit, format, save, and print business documents containing text, tables, and graphics. This is part of Microsoft Office Specialist Program.

Word 2013: Advanced

Learn to use Word efficiently with other programs. Modify user information, send a document for review, compare and merge document changes and review track changes and comments. Create, compare and merge document versions. Insert bookmarks, footnotes and endnotes, add captions, hyperlinks cross-references, and add citations and a bibliography. Create a Master Document, insert an index, table of figures, Table of Authorities, and compile a Table of Contents. Learn to make long documents easier to use. Secure documents and document information in a variety of manners, add a digital signature, hide text, set formatting and editing restrictions, and set a password for a document.

Class targeted to: An advanced level of student who desires to work more efficiently and to enhance their existing documents.

Prerequisites: Word: Introduction and Intermediate or equivalent knowledge.
