  • Describe enhanced table layout, work with different charts and their tools, layouts, and styles. Customize Slide Shows.
  • Secure presentations with the digital signature, document inspector and the Mark as Final Feature.

This half day course will explore the components of the results-oriented interface of the PowerPoint environment. Create dynamic and visually appealing presentations and finalize the presentation and secure it with a digital signature to authenticate its validity.

Work with the Ribbon and all its’ tabs.. Customize the PowerPoint Interface. Create Custom Slide layouts. Work with Themes and Background Styles. Apply Rich Text and Typography effects and Animation Effects. Discover the variety of text and character styles. Enhance presentations with graphic effects such as SmartArt Graphics and the Photo Album. Look at the enhanced table layout, work with different charts and their tools, layouts, and styles. Customize Slide Shows, add transitions. Secure your presentation. Share PowerPoint presentations and work with presentations by using a Web browser.

Class targeted to: Experienced PowerPoint users who have worked with earlier versions of MS: PowerPoint and who have or will be upgrading to PowerPoint 2010.

Prerequisites: An understanding or previous versions of PowerPoint, preferably 2003 or XP and some familiarity with the Internet. Due to the time limits and nature of this class, some more advanced new features are not covered in depth.
