- Successfully customize the calendar by setting various stationary and theme options as described in the Lesson Lab.
- Utilizing a set of instructions, accurately organize your Outlook items.
- Without error, create a custom form and save as a Template during the exercise.
- Correctly create electronic business cards from the contacts and perform a mail merge as demonstrated within the Lesson Lab.
This third session in a series will provide the skills to organize items, share and link contact, save and archive emails, create forms and work offline/remotely.

Outlook 2010 Advanced
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Create a custom theme and create your personalized signature. Organize your Outlook items by grouping, create search folders, and apply conditional formatting. Create a data file and add to a mail profile. Edit and use an electronic business card as an automatic signature in messages. Perform a mail merge. Save messages in alternate formats and archive your messages. Add form fields, save a form as a template and test a form. Make folder available offline, configure RPC over HTTP.
Class targeted to: Students wishing to learn how to track, share, assign, and quickly locate various Outlook items.
Prerequisites: Windows: Introduction and Outlook: Introduction and Intermediate.
